Popsicles

Popsicle-shaped skateboards are the most common modern deck design, especially popular for street and park skating. They feature a symmetrical, rounded nose and tail with a straight midsection, resembling the outline of a popsicle stick—hence the name. This shape allows skaters to ride switch (both regular and opposite stance) with ease, making it versatile for flip tricks, grinds, and technical skating. Popsicle decks typically range from about 7.75" to 9" in width and are the standard choice for most professional skateboarders today.
